House Information



The House

The Beach

· Take the path from the front door to your own private beach

· 10 foot tide means large stretches of salt flats perfect for walking
· Enjoy some of the Cape’s best fishing for striper and blues; ideal for fly-fishing (no license required)
· Purchase a claming license and dig for sea clams, quahogs and steamers
· Mooring available for up to a 24 foot power boat

The Location

Brewster is located about 30 miles from the Sagamore Bridge on historic 6-A. The town is quintessential Cape Cod- small, quiet, and full of character and ambiance. Great restaurants, antiquing and entertainment are close at hand but will not overwhelm you with their presence. Brewster’s central location makes the Hyannis airport and the Provincetown ferry equally accessible for travel from Boston and beyond.

The Scoop

· Available July and August
· Other times negotiable (at reduced rate)
· $4,500/week
· $8,500 for two weeks
· One half (½) of rental required for security deposit at time of booking
· Security deposit is non refundable if cancelled less than one month prior to rental period
· NO DOGS or PETS

Bedrooms

The house has beds for 10 - 2 in the master bedroom, 2 on the screened in porch, 2 in the office, 2 in the top floor twin bedroom, and 2 in the first floor bedroom.

Exterior Photos

The Brewster house has three decks and a screened in porch. The top floor front balcony is off the master bedroom and offers great views of the bay. The top floor screened in porch has daybeds to sleep two and comfortable chairs to make it the the perfect place for evening cocktail hours while watching amazing sunsets.

The front first floor porch is off the living room and perfect for afternoon naps and reading.

The back deck is off of the kitchen and has chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs and a gas grill, making it ideal for meals.

A path directly in front of the house leads to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay.
